About Me

Chef Roberto Moya was born and raised in the Bronx borough of NYC. He graduated from Lincoln Culinary Arts at the early age of 19 years old. Since then, Chef Moya has learned from pristine locations such as Walt Disney World, The Four Seasons Resorts, and Marriott Hotels. The chef set himself a goal of providing guests with the ultimate experience. One can only honestly do that if you personalize the experience yourself. Therefore, that is how we have arrived here: An oasis of his own to provide for the clients in which he can ensure absolute maximum guest satisfaction.
